What is EDM Renaissance?

Do you still listen to Calvin Harris on repeat but wish you could dance to something new? So do we.

EDM Renaissance is a night dedicated to the best of contemporary dance music. DJs with billing at DJ Mag Top 100 nightclubs will be mixing pop melodies with EDM and top 40 over house beats.

We will also celebrate the release of Korean American DJ and songwriter Namira’s new single “Come with Me," a classic EDM anthem with a femme acid house twist.

As this is our inaugural event, entry is free with guestlist RSVP.

About the DJs:

Namira is a Korean American DJ and songwriter based in Los Angeles. Her specialty is mixing pop music with global house and EDM genres. As a child, Namira was recognized as a piano prodigy, playing at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. After graduating from Stanford University and working in the tech industry, she returned to music to make the club anthems she wanted to hear on the dancefloor. Her first single "Come with Me," a classic EDM anthem with a femme acid house twist, drops December 13, 2024.

Tim Underscore is a DJ based in Orange County known for blending club classics with future rave and melodic tech house. He also draws on his Armenian Persian heritage to drop the occasional Middle Eastern pop remix. He has performed sets at TIME, a DJ Mag Top 100 nightclub, as well as at luxury events such as the Waldorf Astoria.

Capitan Han is a Korean American DJ and sound engineer at Avalon, a DJ Mag Top 100 nightclub. He mixes effortlessly between breaking electronic genres and Billboard charts, including K-pop. He also organizes underground disco events in Santa Barbara.
