Dance Therapy Session Rules

1. This is a DANCE party. (expect uptempo - let the music be your therapy)
2. Don’t make it hot (if they’re grooving, join them or let them cook. Just don’t form a circle)
3. Be open to discovery (you’re definitely gonna hear songs for the first time)
4. Trust the DJ (even if you don’t know the song, they’re going somewhere...ride with 'em)
5. Dance Therapy is for EVERYONE.
